These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and m88apk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services offered via the domainhttps://m88apk.cam and any associated mobile applications or platforms.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on m88apk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to m88apk Services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. m88apk enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling-related services, consistent with internationally licensed operator standards.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from m88apk or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an m88apk employee or business partner.
• You are registering voluntarily and are not suffering from, or being treated for, problem gambling at the time of registration.

Each User may register and maintain only one (1) account on the m88apk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any of it change.

KYC Documentation Requirements: Prior to processing any withdrawal, m88apk requires all Users to complete identity verification. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — Malaysian MyKad, Driving Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of current residential address — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three (3) months.
• A clear selfie photograph of the User holding their identity document next to their face.

All submitted KYC documents are processed by our compliance team. Standard review time is 24 to 48 hours. m88apk reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is unclear, expired, or insufficient to satisfy our verification obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account.

m88apk accepts deposits via the following Malaysian-verified payment channels: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits identified during routine compliance review will be reversed and the account may be suspended.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the deposit page for current minimum and maximum limits applicable to each channel.
• m88apk does not charge platform-side deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply independent transaction fees.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are processed subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes for USDT TRC20.
• All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

m88apk reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that triggers our anti-money laundering (AML) or fraud detection systems. Users may be requested to provide documentation regarding the source of funds for large or unusual deposits.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed successfully. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the m88apk account holder.

Processing time estimates are indicative only and may be affected by payment provider processing times, compliance reviews, banking system maintenance windows, or national public holidays in Malaysia. m88apk is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking systems.

m88apk offers a variety of promotional bonuses to new and existing Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and migration bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be completed within any time limit specified in the promotion; any unmet wagering requirements will expire and the associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

• Bonus Funds and Real-Money Balance are kept separate in your account. Real-Money Balance is always used first unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, or shared device unless the specific promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• m88apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to Users.
• Any User found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering with other Users, or exploitation of system errors — will have all bonuses forfeited and their account may be permanently suspended.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and carry no cash value outside the Platform.

All bets placed on the m88apk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product or market in question. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

• Settlement of Sports Bets: Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body, league, or organisation (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia matches, the Premier League for EPL fixtures). Settlement will occur within a reasonable period following the conclusion of the relevant event.
• Incomplete Events: Where a sporting event is suspended, abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, m88apk will apply our event-specific void and refund rules as published in our Sports Betting Rules documentation.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error — including, but not limited to, odds displayed due to a technical fault that are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market — m88apk reserves the right to void and refund the affected wager(s) at our sole discretion.
• Live In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live in-play markets are accepted subject to the odds and market availability at the time of placement. m88apk does not guarantee continuous market availability during live events and may suspend markets at any time.
• Maximum Payout Limits: m88apk applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. Maximum payout thresholds are displayed in the relevant betting product and may be updated from time to time.

m88apk's decision on the settlement of bets is final. Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised via live support within seven (7) days of the relevant event result being published.

Users of the m88apk Platform are expected to act in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent banning:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account to circumvent restrictions or abuse promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit pricing errors, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other bettors, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with m88apk staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical means of disguising your geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing m88apk staff or other platform Users through any communication channel.

m88apk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Our Services are intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial problems, or coping with personal difficulties.

Minimum Age: Access to our gambling services is restricted to persons aged 21 and above. This requirement is enforced through our mandatory KYC process. m88apk will immediately close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the account holder is under 21 years of age.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

1. Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without the express prior written consent of m88apk;
2. Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content or software;
3. Use any m88apk trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner not expressly authorised by m88apk;
4. Frame or scrape any portion of the Platform for use on external websites or applications.

Any unauthorised use of m88apk intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m88apk and its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, internet service failures, and third-party payment processor outages;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform or any linked resource.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

m88apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at our sole discretion and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes;
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continued operation of the account would expose m88apk to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure of an account, any Real-Money Balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the User via their verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding compliance reviews being in progress.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m88apk holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute between a User and m88apk relating to the Platform or these Terms, the parties shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

Disputes relating to the settlement of specific bets or game outcomes must be raised with our Customer Support team within seven (7) days of the relevant event. m88apk's final determination on such disputes shall be binding, subject to any applicable statutory rights you may hold.

m88apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as those affecting User rights, payment processing, or account eligibility — we will provide reasonable notice to affected Users via the email address registered to the account, a platform announcement, or both prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
